This year, we celebrate 10 years of Ingridients Restaurant!
In August 2013, Ingridients Restaurant opened its doors for the very first time. We would like to welcome you to celebrate our special anniversary with you from November 9 -27.

Before Ingridients Restaurant was established, the prime location above Buddy Dive’s dive shop was home to Lions Den Restaurant, part of  Lions Dive Resort (which is now part of Buddy Dive Resort).
The Van der Valk family decided to do something special with the exceptional location. The old restaurant got a thorough renovation and was styled by Ingrid van der Valk herself. The Van der Valk family wanted to express their love for their culinary adventures around the world and create a space of comfort and luxury, of fresh elegance: a place to dine different.

Guess where the restaurant got its name from… It was named after Ingrid van der Valk.

Through the years Ingridients Restaurant evolved from a classy Mediterranean-style resort restaurant into one of the most popular high-end restaurants on Bonaire. Guests visit Ingridients to enjoy the amazing ocean views, creative week menus, fresh and local ingredients, and a knowledgeable team that goes out of their way to give their guests an unforgettable dining experience.
